Aromatherapy and holidays
It's summertime. Yippee!!
If you are going on holidays, don't forget your hat, your pareo and your swimsuit . And to be completely carefree, take some essential oils with you.
Enjoy your holidays.
Fear of flying,
In order to relax, mix 20% of essential oil of Chamomille (Chamaemelum nobile) in a virgen vegetable oil and apply some drops on the solar plexus and wrist.
Travelsickness
If you feel nauseous, put 2 drops of essential oil of Peppermint (Mentha piperita) under the tongue.
Sun burn
In the hollow of your hand, put Calendula extract, shea butter or jojoba wax and add 5 drops of essential oil of Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia). Apply carefully on the skin
Itching sensation
To soothe the itching sensation due to an overexposure to the sun, put Calendula extract, shea butter or jojoba wax in the hollow of your hand, and add 3 drops of essential oil of Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and 2 drops of Chamomille (Chamaemelum nobile)
Moskito bites
Mix in equal part essential oil of Spike lavender (Lavandula latifolia) and essential oil of Geranium (Pelargonium asperum.
Apply 1 to 2 drops on the bite.
