TRUE LAVENDER , MANDARIN, PETIT GRAIN, YLANG YLANG

Four major Essential Oils to relax and calm down body and mind.

In the bath

Relax in an aromatic bath.
DILUTE the essential oils in a tablespoon of milk before adding to the bath water.
According to your preference (trust your sense of smell) :
For adult (20 drops)
10 drops of essential oil of True Lavender + 10 drops of Mandarin essence (zest)
or
10 drops of essential oil of Ylang Ylang +10 drops of essential oil of True Lavender
or
10 of essential oil of Petit grain (leaves) + 10 drops of Mandarin essence (zest)
Besides the pleasure of a bath, aromatic molecules will diffuse a sweet fragrance and will accentuate the calming action.

For kids 10 drops of essential ois are more than enough.

To be diffused

At the office, at home... diffuse some essence of Mandarin (zest) with essential oil of True Lavander 20 min every 2 hours.
(Avoid to diffuse the essential oil of Ylang Ylang. Its heavy perfume can bother people)

To induce sleep, diffuse essence of Mandarin (zest) in the bedroom 15min before going to bed.

To be rubbed or for massage

In the hollow of your hand put a dab of vegatable oil (sweet almond, hazelnut...) add 4 to 5 drops of relaxing essential oils and rub on the interior side of the wrist, on solar plexus and into soles of the feet: a perfect "door" for essential oils.
